Was going to send a funny ecard of an old man doing a striptease but realised I don't actually have your email. So instead I'd like you to just close your eyes and imagine an old man dancing around a pole and removing all his clothes.

OK - here we go. Imagine him removing his shirt, exposing his grey-haired saggy man-breasts. Picture him taking down his trousers revealing his yellow saggy thighs. Now concentrate really hard and think about him stepping out of his pre-war y-fronts. Got that image held firmly in your mind? Good - Happy Birthday from me.
